Certified Fitness Trainer, Group Training Instructor and Nutrition Coach

Alexandra is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified group instructor through the Ontario Fitness Council and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Alexandra grew up in Oakville Ontario and moved to the Ottawa area in February 2020. Alexandra has been in the fitness industry for the last 5 years in various  settings. She has worked in big box gyms as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and studio director. She has also worked in smaller, rehabilitation focused centres as a personal trainer and physiotherapy assistant. Alexandra has taken a movement assessments course, completed a certificate in plant based diets, her course in training and nutrition for optimal muscle development and completed her course in kettlebell training. Alexandra loves learning and continues to take courses and certifications so she is best able to help her clients. Currently, she is working towards becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Alexandra is a people person who loves connecting with her clients and values relationship building. She enjoys creating fitness and nutrition programming specific to her clients so that they can achieve the results they are looking for. She focuses on helping clients build healthy habits by working alongside them and educating them so that they feel in control of their fitness journey. 

In her down time, Alexandra loves spending time with her boyfriend and their dog Hemlock. She lives an active lifestyle that includes hiking, strength training, yoga and rock climbing. Alexandra is also a passionate baker and believes that life is all about BALANCE! 

Alexandra was awarded the 9Round Trainer of the Year award for her work at 9Round Fitness. The location at which she is studio director was also nominated for fitness facility of the year in the Ottawa region.
